Yogaworks Teacher Training Program (200 Hours) with Nikki Estrada Core Curriculum: The YogaWorks 200 Hour Teacher Training covers a wide range of topics essential to the art and science of teaching yoga. Such topics of study are sequencing, posture breakdown, injuries, philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, subtle body, looking at different bodies, teaching beginners, prenatal yoga, history of yoga and ayurveda. This course is both experiential and academic requiring full participation and three final exams for certification. In this course spread out over a 6 month period students attend weekend workshops, assist and take regular schedule classes as well as work one on one with a mentor of choice. A final Yoga Project is due at the end of the course. Combined with a 200 hour certification this course provides teacher training certification at the 500 hour level.
