YogaWorks believes the path to becoming a professional yoga teacher is a unique, satisfying, and life-affirming journey. We offer one of the world’s most comprehensive Teacher Training Programs for aspiring teachers and serious students of yoga. Our program is rooted in our deep history as an eclectic school that embraces and celebrates many styles of Yoga. Yogaworks Teacher Training Program (200 Hours)
with Nikki Estrada
Core Curriculum: The YogaWorks 200 Hour Teacher Training
covers a wide range of topics essential to the art and
science of teaching yoga. Such topics of study are
sequencing, posture breakdown, injuries, philosophy,
anatomy, pranayama, subtle body, looking at different
bodies, teaching beginners, prenatal yoga, history of
yoga and ayurveda. This course is both experiential and
academic requiring full participation and three final
exams for certification.

Yogaworks Professional Teacher Training Program
(300 Hours)
with Nikki Estrada
Core Curriculum: The 300 Professional program comes after
completion of a 200hr teacher training and is like graduate
school of yoga. In this course spread out over a 6 month
period students attend weekend workshops, assist and take
regular schedule classes as well as work one on one with a
mentor of choice. A final Yoga Project is due at the end of
the course. Combined with a 200 hour certification this
course provides teacher training certification at the 500
hour level.
NOTE:
Nikki will be accepting a limited number of students
for mentoring as part of this 300Hr Program. For more details
